House of K.G. Chubakov
Detailed description
The house was built in 1911-1912 in the eclectic style. A six-storey stone building with a round tower on the sides of which apartments are located. For Petersburgers, the house is known as the house from which the griffin flew away. In 2021, there was a fire in the tower and it was dismantled due to its disrepair.
