Detailed description
The architectural structure was built in 1908-1909. The project was implemented by two architects, they were: Kravetsky Lev Ludvigovich, Mikini Peter Karlovich. The apartment building is decorated in Neo-Russian and Eclectic style. The bas-reliefs of plants, animals and birds are made in a terracotta shade and created by the Murava artel based on sketches by Vasnetsov's student Viktor Mikhailovich - S. I. Vashkov. The house was built to accommodate parishioners in need and to rent out in order to receive additional income. Currently, the house is residential, and there is a pet store on the basement.
