The building of the Rostov Music and Pedagogical Institute

In 1952, the conservatory building was added, facing Budyonnovsky Prospekt. The project of this building with columns was designed by Rostov architect X. X. Chalkhushyan. Earlier, the house of M. F. Miroshnichenko stood on this plot of land. The building on Budyonnovsky Prospekt housed an art school, Philatelic and Chess Clubs, a gym, and the Forestry and Agricultural Machinery organizations were located on the upper floors. The conservatory building with an attached building is a significant architectural object of Rostov-on-Don.
