Office building of the state cork factory
Detailed description
The building was built between 1902 and 1903. It was built for a government-owned cork factory. On September 1, 1941, the Voskov State Union Tool Factory, evacuated from Sestroretsk, moved here. After the end of the war, it was moved back, and the building was occupied by the Leningrad State Union Tool Factory. Since 1989, the plant has been renamed the Leningrad Izmeron Plant, now known as Izmeron CJSC. The building is made of red brick with four floors, with interesting–shaped windows - they are large, rectangular with rounded tops.
