E.I. Strunnikova's mansion

In St. Petersburg, near Lake Ladoga, on the Sinopskaya embankment is the mansion of E. I. Strunnikova. It was in this house that the famous academician L. Fontana lived and worked in 1865. Ivan Ivanovich Strunnikov, a well-known buyer of bakery goods, later lived in this mansion to sell it. His widow, Elena Ivanovna, inherited the house and the surrounding area from him. In 2000, the building was renovated and the upper floors were added, which were leased.
