The house of the partnership of the Nevsky paper-spinning Manufactory
Detailed description
The complex of buildings of the paper spinning factory was built in the second half of the 19th century according to the project of architect Leonty Vasilyevich Glam. The main building with a chimney, an extension with a linear section and a power plant were built. In the seventies of the XIX century, the factory became a branch of the Nevsky Thread Manufactory. In connection with the expansion, another building was built according to the project of P.S. Kupinsky, facing the Neva River. The facades are decorated with elements of modernism.
