B.U. Kashkin Museum

The B.U. Kashkin Museum was opened on December 19, 2008 on the basis of the Laboratory of Art Practices and Museum Technologies of the Ural Federal University. The exhibition was created by the efforts of students, teachers and staff of the faculty. The museum is named after Kashkin, a prominent representative of Russian culture, an experimental photographer, painter and author of poetry. The museum's collection is based on audio, video materials, printed publications, literary works and other archival materials by B.U. Kashkin. The museum also contains collections with works by other artists of the Urals, which stand out for their vivid creativity.
