The complex was built in 1903-1906. The architectural style of the building is eclectic. The building is a shopping mall designed as an arcade. The facades of the passage have a light overlap. There are systems for fastening metal arches with beam puffs. The building was provided with electric outdoor lighting.

Комплекс был сооружен в 1903-1906 годах. Архитектурный стиль здания  - эклектика. Здание представляет собой торговый комплекс, выполненный в виде пассажа. Фасады пассажа имеют легкое световое перекрытие. Здесь устроены системы скрепления металлических арок лучевыми затяжками. Здание было обеспечено электрическим наружным освещением.
