Detailed description
The apartment building was built in 1876. The building was designed by architect Boris Freidenberg. The building was built in the Art Nouveau style combined with the details of classicism. The house housed a hotel and a restaurant. The great singer A. Vertinsky began his career here. After the revolution, the building was transferred to the Second House of Unions. In the middle of the 21st century, the hotel and restaurant were renamed and named Budapest.
