Apartment house of M.G. Shcherbakova

The Shcherbakova M.G. house at 31 Plushykha Street was built in 1912. The architectural design was designed by architect Nikolai Silvestrovich Kurdyukov. And already in 1931, architect Sergei Flegontovich Voskresensky reconstructed and rebuilt the building. To do this, he uses new designs to add volume from the courtyard side.
