The house of the artist V.N. Baksheev is located near the house of the artist A.K. Silverswan. The building was built in 1903, in the romantic Art Nouveau style. It is a two-storey brown wooden building with carved windows and an extension above the central part of the building. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
