I.E. Riting's apartment house

An apartment building owned by Ritig in the early 20th century is located at the intersection of Kronverksky and Dobrolyubov Avenues. When building a house, plastic and silhouette are emphasized. Schaub miraculously beat the tones and plaster of the facade of the house and gave the house transparency and uniqueness. Stylized floral patterns used to spread across the walls, but this fragile stucco decoration has long been lost.
