Apartment house of A.A. Schroeter

The building was built in 1881-1882 by V. A. Schroeter. The building was built in the brick style that Viktor Alexandrovich Schroeter loved so much, with protruding side risalites along the edges. On the second and third floors there are unusual-looking bay windows - they start as triangular and end with rectangular ones. Viktor Alexandrovich Schroeter built the apartment building for his father, A. A. Schroeter.
