Detailed description
The building was built in 1881. The building acquired its modern appearance after the reconstruction in 1905, which was carried out by the city administration technician K. K. Kohenderfer. The building has a sloping angular facade. The main facade is decorated with balconies with openwork grilles of various designs. The third-floor balcony is supported by bearded Atlanteans.
