Apartment house of V.P. Kondratiev

The apartment building of V.P. Kondratiev is located near the Mytninsky Garden in St. Petersburg. The building was built in 1906 in the Art Nouveau style. It is a five-story brick building with basement rooms and balconies, with an arched entrance to the courtyard in the center. The peculiarity of the facade is that the house is not decorated with stucco. Currently, residential apartments are located in the building.
