The house was built in 1954. The architectural style was defined as "classicism". The building is located at the intersection of Moskovskaya Street and Soborny Lane. The building is a four-storey building made of white stone. Currently, there is a store on the ground floor of the building, the rest are residential. Nearby are the Church of St. John the Baptist, the apartment house of A.N. Frumson and the apartment house of P.V. Khakhladzhev.
