The city estate of the Counts of Gudovich

The mansion was thoroughly rebuilt in 1898, the floor was added and the facade was renovated. It is a corner building where the architect beat the corner, giving the shape of a rotunda, which is decorated with the family coat of arms of the Miklashevsky family. The entire facade of the house is richly decorated with voluminous stucco, square columns with pilasters separating the windows of the second and third floors. The cornice of the third floor is framed by scalloped stucco with floral ornaments, the cornice of the fourth floor is surrounded by garland decorations and bas-reliefs with faces. Currently, the Ministry of Science is located in the mansion.
