Apartment house by E.A. Rybina
Detailed description
The house was built in 1908. In the period from 1913 to 1916, civil engineer N. F. Rybin, who was also the son of the owner of the house (Elizaveta Alekseevna Rybina), lived in the building. Before the reconstruction in 2013, the building housed facade bas-reliefs depicting scenes of family life and referring to family values. The house was originally intended for "economy class" housing, but fate decreed otherwise. Despite the modest interior and lack of luxury attributes, rich people lived here.
