Apartment house Sh . Lipkovich

The building was built in the 19th century in the neoclassical style. The windows and doorways of the second floor are framed by Doric pilasters and rectangular sandricks, and on the ground floor there are architraves with keystones. Balcony railings were replaced and a portico was added to the southern facade. The building is rectangular, two-storeyed, with a basement and a pitched roof, brick-plastered. In 1914, the house belonged to S. Lipkovich. The building is listed as a monument of civil architecture of the late 19th century.
