The manor was built in the first half of the 19th century and belongs to the architectural style of Russian classicism. The manor house has two floors and is decorated in white with stone elements. The facade of the manor is decorated with columns and pilasters, and in the center there is a high portico decorated with bas-reliefs. The estate has a small garden and a courtyard. The last owner of the estate, Lev Zubalov, owned oil fields in Baku and was an avid collector. After his death, the mansion housed a branch of the Rumyantsev Museum for some time, where all the art objects he collected were transferred. The estate is an object of Moscow's cultural heritage and attracts the attention of those who are interested in the history and architecture of the city.
