Merchant A.I. Bochkarev's house with a shop

The House of Merchant A.I. Bochkarev is a monument of urban planning and architecture of regional significance and is subject to state protection. The building was built in 1908 at the expense of merchant Bochkarev. On the ground floor of the building there was a famous beverage store throughout the city. The house is a three-storey building with an attic floor and mezzanine windows. It has a symmetrical facade decorated with stucco. The building is currently in use and houses residential apartments. The facade was renovated in 2022.
