The house of V. Y. Maslovsky, a well-known Samara phthisiatrician, is located near Samarskaya Square. The building was built in 1910. It is a one-story yellow-and-white brick building with a pitched black roof, on which a barrel-shaped tower with a spire is installed. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
