The mansion was built in 1904 for a Moscow book publisher. It is a four-storey building with a mezzanine, architectural forms are typical of modernity. The facade is decorated with gilded decorative elements in the form of floral ornaments, openwork cast-iron grilles. Lenin V. I., Mayakovsky V. V. were frequent guests here.
