The apartment house of Konstantin Isaevich Rosenstein
Detailed description
Konstantin Isaevich Rosenstein's apartment building is located near Nizami Square. It was built in 1913-1915. The house is a five-storey building with bay windows rising to the sky and two towers facing Leo Tolstoy Square. The presence of pointed arches on the ground floor of an apartment building is similar to an English castle. This building is unusual in its architecture – There are few other places where you can see window openings that differ from each other, towers suspiciously similar to London's Big Ben. One of them has a dial, but not with numbers, but with the signs of the zodiac constellations.
