Detailed description
The house was built in 1903-1906 in the Art Nouveau style by architects Nikolai Vsevolodovich Dmitriev and Leonid Mikhailovich Kharlamov. The roof of the building is "supported" by seventeen busts with female heads. Since Soviet times, there has been a music school named after S. S. Lyakhovitskaya. The house is residential, you can rent an apartment here. Nearby are the Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theater, Kazan Cathedral, Admiralty, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Hermitage, and the Church of the Resurrection of the Savior on Spilled Blood.
