Bychenkova's apartment house - V.K. Gauger

At the beginning of the 19th century, a house was erected on Mokhovaya Street. In 1899-1900, reconstruction, superstructure and installation of a courtyard wing were carried out according to the project of Gauger Wilhelm Karlovich, together with von Gaugen A. I. In the 1990s, a memorial plaque dedicated to V. A. Sokov, an outstanding draughts master, was installed at the end of the house. And in 2000, a memorial plaque was erected in memory of the singer, singer of romances V. B. Agafonov, who also lived in this house.
