Observation deck

The observation deck is located on the high right bank of the Volga River. A Ferris wheel was installed next to it in 2021 and a springboard was built nearby. The site offers views of the Volga River, the lower, zarechnaya part of the city, the cable car connecting with the city of Bor, as well as other surroundings of the city. The Victory Park museum is also visible under the mountain, with military equipment from previous years on display.
