Estate of I.I. Rudinsky - A.P. Sergeev, the main house

The estate of I.I.Rudinsky-A.P.Sergeev is an architectural ensemble built in 1905. The main house is built in an eclectic style. It is a two-storey brick building with a basement. The facade is decorated with stucco ornaments, and the central part of the facade is highlighted with lissarites. In Soviet times, the building was used as a Martin Lyadov party club, and then it was converted into residential premises and offices. It was renovated in 1992. The stucco ornament on the facade has been restored.
