D.A. Werner's House
Detailed description
The house is located near the square named after Major General Konstantin Rakutin. This building was built in 1870 and originally belonged to MV Stegacheva. In 1890, the Trinity Men's College was located in this house. In 1899, the estate was bought by D. A. Werner, an architect and engineer. He decided to completely redo the house according to his own design. The building is a two-storey building with a basement. The roof is four-pitched in the form of a tent with turrets. The house is currently protected by the state. It is an object of cultural heritage.
