In 1878, the merchant Dunaev decided to build himself a mansion with a maid's room, a living room, an office, a dining room, bedrooms, an office of the owner, and in addition to the main building he wanted to have a bathhouse, a laundry room, a pair of barns, a stable, and a cowshed. And currently, the Department of Personnel Management and Personnel Policy is located here.
