Detailed description
One of the identified architectural monuments in Rostov-on-Don is the house where the playwright Pogodin lived and worked. The building was built at the end of the nineteenth century and rebuilt in the second half of the twentieth century. The three-storey house is made of brick, plastered. The face of the house has lateral and main openings, which successfully complete the attic. The building image of the facade is established by the rustication of single floors, palace stones above the window openings. The main entrance is decorated. Balconies on the floors with openwork grilles.
