Residential house of P.V. Khakhladzhev

The house was built in the early 20th century, in 1905. The architecture of the building adheres to the Art Nouveau style, and engineer Stepan Popilin worked on its project. This house entered the history of the city as the Astoria Hotel, which for a long time was considered the most respectable hotel in the city. The house is recognized as a cultural heritage site.
