Detailed description

On May 11, 1891, an arch was built for the arrival of Nicholas II. Initially, the arch was made of wood, as they did not have time to build it in strong materials before the arrival of the prince. In 1930, it was demolished because it interfered with the movement of cars. In 2003, the arch was recreated based on the original design. There are many different decorations on the arch: rosettes, frieze belts, lace cornices and moldings.
