The Grand Ducal Tomb
Detailed description
The tomb of the uncrowned members of the Russian Imperial House is located in the Peter and Paul Fortress, next to the Peter and Paul Cathedral. It was built according to a project drawn up by architect D. I. Grimm in 1896. Thirteen members of the royal family are buried in it. It is currently the State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg.
