Athens Conservatory
Detailed description
The Athens Conservatory is the oldest in modern Greece, founded in 1871. Initially, the violin and flute were taught, and in 1891 the curriculum was expanded. In 1893, the orchestra was organized, which was separated into a separate structure in 1911. Among the graduates of the Conservatory are outstanding personalities of the world music history.
