Detailed description
The observation deck is located in St. Petersburg Vasileostrovsky district on the University embankment at the pier. The site offers a view of the Admiralteiskaya Embankment on the opposite side of the Neva River. There is a large granite open book in the center of the observation deck. You can also see sculptures dedicated to the Bronze Horseman and the Senate Square on the other side.
