Apartment house of E.N. Shevlyagina

Previously, the apartment building of E.N.Shevlyagina, built in the early twentieth century by a Moscow architect of German origin in the Art Nouveau style, was located here. Now it is an apartment building with shops on the ground floor. They wanted to build the house with a well with a closed courtyard, but one part of the house was not completed - the house was built in the shape of the letter P. At the bottom of the letter P, you can see the gaps in the missing part of the well – the gaps under the walls and the niches under the passages on the floors.
