Detailed description
The church was located in a building built in 1911 by architect G. A. Gelfreikh for the Moscow Society for the Care, Education and Education of Blind Children. Until 1917, the orphanage building was the house church of St. Mary Magdalene, Equal-to-the-Apostles. Later, the church was demolished, and the building was occupied by various institutions; in 1996, the building and the temple were restored. The church is attributed to the Donskoy Monastery.
