Residential building of Svirstroy specialists

The house was built in 1933-1938. Architect Igor Georgievich Yavein worked on his project. A distinctive feature of the house is a large driveway that visually divides the house into two parts. There are canopies above the flat solaris roofs. The house was one of the last to be built in St. Petersburg in the constructivist style.
