Museum of Moscow

The Museum of Moscow was established in 1896 and is the oldest museum in the capital. It has collections of 790000 specimens, and they are divided into two areas: "Archeology" and "Funds". Since 2006, the museum has been located in the building of the Food warehouses. The complex of four buildings, built in the first half of the 19th century, is made in the Empire style. All the buildings are of the same type, painted white, with preserved architecture.
