House of the Palace Department
Detailed description
The building was erected at the end of the 18th century by order of Colonel A. F. Ladyzhensky. The Moscow Palace Office acquired the house in 1835 and built apartments there for its employees. At various times, famous people lived in it: teachers, researchers and professors. The corner building has long facades and special decorative elements. The building now houses the International Art Foundation, Rosmedprom and a printing company.
