Apartment house of L.M. Matveevsky

The apartment building of L. M. Matveevsky is located in Moscow on Prechistenka Street. The building consists of six floors, and was built in 1903-1904 by architect F.N. Kolbe. The facade of the building was changed in the Art Nouveau style in 1913 by architect A.O. Gunst. The apartment building was renovated in the 2000s. Now the building is decorated with stucco decoration, the walls are lined with glazed ceramic tiles, and floral ornaments are visible on the window openings. The Likhutin Apartment Building, the Samsonov Estate, and Devichy Pole Square are located in accessible proximity.
