Likhudov building

The Likhudov Building is a historical building on the territory of the Novgorod Kremlin, built at the end of the seventeenth century on the foundation of a fifteenth-century structure. It is located on the western side of the territory of Vladychny Dvor, adjacent to the fortress walls. Since 2021, the building has been occupied by the literary center. The building is stone, two-storeyed, L-shaped in plan, somewhat archaic for the seventeenth century, due to the fact that it was built on an old foundation. Of interest is the perspective trim of the upper window openings. The rest of the facade is modest, without horizontal and vertical walls.
