Zavadovsky apartment house

At first, the house was created in 1905, and in 1912-1913, architect O. R. Munts completed the construction. Nowadays, the building differs from others located around the houses only by an insignificant angular turret, during the construction period it differed in its height, significantly exceeding the one located around the building. The facade was decorated very economically in the spirit of rational Art Nouveau.
