The mansion of architect Friedrich Teichmann

The mansion of F. It was built in 1900 by Friedrich Teufman, who was the owner of the mansion. Teichman lived here for 16 years. To date, the exterior of the mansion has been preserved: antique doors, metal grilles on the windows, the main staircase, and the interior of the mansion still retains its decoration in the form of ceramic tiles. In 2017, the mansion was recognized as a cultural heritage of the city of St. Petersburg.
