Ludwig Hecht's sewing machine office and shop
Detailed description
The one-story building was built at the end of the 19th century for the sale of sewing machines and other needs for merchants. In 1917, the building housed the underground headquarters of the Bolsheviks, and later communal apartments. Currently, the building has been transferred to the Narva Zastava Museum of Local Lore. The museum is considered a folk museum, and many exhibits were brought and donated by local residents. Part of the exhibition is devoted to various factories, manufactories, factories and the simple everyday life of local citizens.
