Detailed description
The new cottage was built in the 1830s by architect Ludwig Ivanovich Charlemagne for Nicholas I. The summer cottage was used by the ministers of the imperial court. The architectural style of the building belongs to classicism, which was popular at that time. At the beginning of the 21st century, the cottage was devastated and almost destroyed, but was restored in 2013.
