Detailed description

The three-storey neo-Baroque building was built and reconstructed in 1840-1880 by architects Alexander Shcherbachev and Fyodor Chernomorchenko. The decor of each floor is unique, the facade is decorated with stucco in the form of flowers, garlands and seashells. In 1883, the heirs of Peter Tareev sold the building to the city, and the Samara City Council worked in it. Currently, administrative offices are also located here.
