Linev-Razin Mansion
Detailed description
In 1850, landowner P.N. Linev built a one-story stone house with a mezzanine. Later, a wooden wing was added to the courtyard. Since 1900, the building has been owned by M.Y. Rozina. She rebuilt a German-style building on a corner lot. The ground floors housed shops and offices. In terms of building a complex configuration. Its corners are chamfered and surrounded by risalites. The corner part of the building stands out with a large bay window on massive brackets. The bay window was made on a high tent with a spire and a weather vane. The window openings are made with arched lintels. The platbands are decorated with large keystones. On the second floor there are windows with pointed arches. There are pilasters on the facade. They are made in the form of parapet posts. They are connected by a metal lattice with a Gothic motif of the drawing.
