The Serebrennikova Apartment building is located at 41 Stepan Razin Street. It was built in the early 20th century. The style of the building was designed by architect A. A. Shcherbachev. The style of architecture was chosen Moorish. This style differs from the others in that it consists of borrowings of Arabic and Spanish styles.
